Rubidium Rubidium, too
Rubidium is silvery in color and slightly less reactive than caesium, but chemically very similar to this. In nature, it only occurs in compounds. It can be found everywhere, but only in low concentrations. Rubidium is rarely used in chemistry, but has a certain role for physical research. With rubidium, extremely low temperatures below millikelvin can be reached and the first Bose-Einstein condensate was made using rubidium.
